Carlo's Bakeshop is Opening a New Cafe in Robinsons Pavia, with Plans to Open More Soon

With Iloilo City becoming a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy, the Ilonggo food industry is certainly bustling, with restaurants full of visitors and locals trying out different dishes. Ilonggo favorites are certainly in high demand, such as pancit molo, pancit lomi, batchoy, dinuguan, fresh lumpia, and the like. Carlo's Bakeshop and Cafe has been poised and ready since this title came to Iloilo to serve all the comfort food favorites, which have been part of their menu ever since. Carlo's Bakeshop has just relaunched their cafes in Hypermart and JM Basa branch last year, and now they have a new cafe branch at Robinsons Pavia opening on the 15th of May 2024.

These are truly exciting times for Carlo's cafes, especially with their new and improved dishes, featuring a wide array of pastries and cakes. Innovation is key; after all, Carlo's has been in the market for over 35 years, making them highly competitive in the local food market. They offer all the Ilonggo favorites and more. Their Fiesta meals and combos are designed to satisfy, complemented by an extra add-on of Macaroni salad.

Indeed, a fresh new look is the thing to look for in Carlo's Cafe which signals the infusion of ideas by the youthful and dynamic team led by the next generation of siblings now handling the operations, sales and marketing of Carlo's Cafe. This new cafe look is in line with the direction to offer the new and of course, the loyal customers, a more comfortable and picture-worthy moments experience in the cafe with their family and friends.

As per their sales and marketing director, Paolo TreƱas, "we have been offering the discerning Ilonggo consumer more than satisfactory meals, we offer them excellent and delicious meals at a budget and we do not stop in our research and development to make more food that we know the public looks for. It is constant innovation and service for our customers. We invite everyone to try the new and improved Carlo's menu and we are excited for them to get a taste of it."
