A personal favorite would have to be the Miso Ramen since it has everything a miso ramen should be. From the noodles to the toppings and broth. The chasyu (pork) is surprisingly soft on the inside. The overall texture provides a wonderful contrast to the egg, bean sprouts, kikurage (Jew’s ear) and spring onions. It was definitely a match made in heaven! For a price of P165, this is definitely worth the buck and deserves multiple visits.
